Warranty Terms and Conditions (Zojirushi Electrical Products):
This warranty is valid for Malaysia only and is warranted against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. A copy of the purchase receipt is required.
This warranty does not apply if the product was not imported by ZOJIRUSHI MALAYSIA (Zojimall Holding Sdn Bhd). It does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, unsuitable operating environments, improper maintenance by unauthorized personnel, removal or alteration of parts, installation to the wrong local voltage, and use other than in accordance with the instruction manual, or if the lot number on the product has been removed or defaced. It will be deemed void if the product shows signs of interference from third/unauthorized parties. Zojimall Holding Sdn Bhd accepts no liability and reserves the right to refuse such servicing requests or claims.
ZOJIRUSHI specifically excludes from this warranty all non-electric/mechanical attachments, accessories, and disposable parts. These items may include, but are not limited to, measuring cups, measuring spoons, inner cooking pans, baking pans, kneading blades, power cords, and plugs.
The warranty card must not be defaced or altered in any way and will not be re-issued. Only genuine units purchased via authorized dealers in Malaysia enjoy this warranty.
Properly pack the product (preferably in the original carton) to prevent damage to the product in transit. This warranty does not include shipping fees and packaging fees.
Zojirushi is not responsible or liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage, whether special, direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, and whether known or should have been known to zojirushi, including lost profits, goodwill, damage to or replacement of other equipment and property, and personal injury resulting from any breach of warranty, the inability to use the product, or under any legal theory in contract or tort. These warranties and remedies are your sole and exclusive warranties and remedies in connection with the sale and use of the product. No other warranties, oral or written, express or implied, are given. Zojirushi's liability is limited to the actual purchase price you paid to the retail seller of the defective product.
